Red Hat Summit 2018:
Ideas Worth Exploring
Red Hat Summit is a premier annual event where global participants gather for a three-day conference to explore and experience the forefront of open source technology. Approximately ten months before the event, a dedicated team begins crafting the theme that will embody not only the visual identity but also the core message and overall attendee experience.
Inspired by space and the spirit of exploration, the theme “Ideas Worth Exploring” was developed to evoke wonderment, curiosity, and the boundless potential of technology. Our visuals were designed to reflect the principles of open source projects and stimulate discussions about future technological possibilities.
As the design leader, I helped guide our team through the creative process, developing a cohesive visual language that spanned from promotional materials to the event itself. Collaborating with a talented group of animators, designers, videographers, writers, executives, and managers, we worked meticulously to ensure that “Ideas Worth Exploring” became an unforgettable experience.
